Linking External Bank Accounts

You can add a bank account to your balance using either instant verification through Plaid or manual bank connection. Follow these steps to get started:

Steps to Add Your Bank Account

1. From your dashboard, click Add to Balance
2. Select Bank Account from the payment methods
3. Click Link New Bank Account

Choose Your Connection Method

Option 1: Instant Verification (Plaid)

1. Select your bank from the list of institutions
2. Log in to your bank account using your regular banking credentials
3. Your account will be connected instantly

Option 2: Manual Connection

1. Click Connect Bank Manually
2. Enter the following information:
   • Bank name
   • Your full name
   • Account number
   • Routing number

Note: Manual verification can take 3-5 business days to process, while Plaid verification is instant.

• Manual Connection: 3-5 business days
