Once a donation has been made, you can check the status of the donation by navigating to the transactions page. On the transactions page, you will be able to view details on our donation including the disbursement status.
Viewing Transactions
The transaction page will show all transactions associated with your account. To view only your charitable donations filter transactions by type and select donations.
For each transaction, you can view:
- Date of Donation
- Donation Method
- Charity Name
- Description
- Amount of Donation
- Status
- Tax Receipt Document
Understanding the Donation Status
There are 2 statuses:
- In Progress
- Donation has been processed by the Givinga Foundation
- Payment has been sent by the Givinga Foundation to the charity
- Completed
- Payment is cleared and the charity has deposited the funds
